Happy New Year! This is what I plan for 2009. First, not talk in the hallway. I will ignore the people behind me, look forward, and won’t talk. Second, no arguments. I won’t get involved, will walk away and ask permission to move. Third, I won’t mess around during reading or math assignments. This is what I plan for 2009.
I have 3 problems in school. These include talking during reading, shouting out or changing the subject, and rushing. First I need to stop talking during reading. I really need to stay away my friends. I will sit in my seat and read a good book. Second I need to stop talking out of order and changing the subject. Sometimes I end up telling stories. Finally I will stop rushing. Sometimes friends come over so I rush. When I rush I hurt my grade. I need to stop rushing, talking,and shouting out and or changing the subject before I get to middle school.
A couple of things I need to work on before I go to jr. high are homework, writing and talking. I need to work on these because I’m not the best at them. I need to turn in my homework with correct answers. I also can’t talk in the hallway. I need to do my reading also. Talk when your allowed to talk. Last writing can be hard, but you have to remember to spell words correctly and use the correct punctuation. That is some of the stuff i need to work on in 2009.

These are a few things I need to change before I go to middle school. First, I need to stop talking during reading. I can’t get my work done if I talk and I will not be ready for reading group. I also need to stop sitting by people that I like to talk to. I need to read. Second, I need to use my resources. I need to use my resources so I can spell and write correctly. I also need to take my time so I don’t just slop things down. Last, I need to stop geyting in trouble in the hallway. I should stand by someone I don’t get in trouble with. I should also stop talking and running in the hallway. I really need to change these things before I get to middle school.
The reason Disturbed is my favorite band is that they play my favorite songs. These songs are Indistructible, Inside the Fire,a nd Time to Play the Game. Plus my favorite type of music is rock and they were the first rock band I’ve ever heard. The song on Madden NFL 09 is Inside the Fire. Thats one of my favorite songs. My friend Cody got me stuck on them and I’m glad he did. That’s why they’re the best. By: Paxton
3 Doors Down is my favorite band because they play awesome music. They look like nice people. Their first song that i heard was “It’s Not My Time” which is my favorite one. They are a popular band and their music rocks. That’s why I like 3 Doors Down.
I had ham, turkey, fruit salad and lots of stuffing. After I was done I was full, so I laid down. My whole family was full. I wached tv and then I played the pc. The next day i ate more stuffing and did my homework. It was a fun weekend.
My Thanksgiving Day was fun because i had to go to glenwood so I could see my little sister and little brother. They were so happy to see me. When the turkey was done we ate a lot of turkey. We played games when we were done eating. Then I went to see my mom and ate turky with her. She started to cry when she saw me. Then I went to see my dad. I ate turkey with him. He was so happy that I ate turkey with him. Then i went to Omaha and visited my friends. I played games with them and played tag with them. Then I had to go back home to eat turkey with my grandma and have fun with her.
On my Thanksgiving I went to my cousin’s. My Uncle is always greasy because he works on cars, and he stuffed the TURKEY!!! I was grossed out. So I didn’t have turkey. But I got my fair share of mashed potatoes and gravy. At least that was good. I also had a ton of vegetables. And then, we just had fun. By Paxton.
We had lots and lots of food. We had Reeses, mashed potatoes, turkey, onion wraps and egg rolls. Once I had my plate…….. I cleared my plate off. My mom’s friend, Gigi, was there. Even my cousin, DJ, came to my Thanksgiving. My cousin DJ was in Ms. Millis’ class. I had an awesome Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!
