Julie Respect

I have been respectful to a little sister and my family when they get hurt.  I was respectful in a lot of my schools.  I have shown good citizenship to one another in class.  I have won a lot of awards last year in fourth grade for citizenship, respectfulness, and always doing my best.  I am respectful and responsible at home helping my mom with my brothers and sisters.  I have won a golden medal on labor races in a potato sack race for helping a kid when she fell and scraped her knee.  I helped her clean up.

One way I showed respect was by helping my Aunt Mary Jo, ‘Jo-Jo’, get my little cousin’s toy. He was playing with it and it got stuck on the garage.  She was going to go get it, but instead, I did because she recently had another baby.

My mom is very sick this week, so I have to do all of the laundry, dishes and some cleaning with my brother and my dad.  My mom does some work, but not a lot.

Friday when I went home my mom made me take the trash out.   So when I did, she let me go play with my friends for an hour.  One day I went to school and this one kid fell on the ground in front of a car, so I helped him get out of the way.  After that he said thank you for that and I said you’re welcome.

My brother and I once raked leaves for our parents.  We bagged all the leaves.  When we were all done, we had 8 bags, so we decided to make a fort out of leaves.  Who ever knew chores could be so fun?

I got a gold medal by helping my dad mow the lawn.  After that he had gave me a reward such as ice cream.  There was one other time I had helped my grandpa.  My grandpa needed help picking up sticks.  So I went out back to pick up sticks.  I filled up at least a trash can full of sticks.  He came out back and told me I did a great job.

Colin Respect

I respected my brother Corbin by watching his whole football game. I gave respect to my mother when she was talking on the phone (I was very patient).   I respected Cameron when he got very mad.

Jacob’s Respect

I once helped my friend find his dog. The dog got lost at Big Lake in the woods.  It was hard, but fun!

Kyle Respect

I received my gold medal because I helped my next door neighbor when I mowed her lawn.  Sometimes I rake lots of yards on my street.
